For the storage and processing of our building materials, we offer buffer silos, pressure silos, and storage silos.
Our Silos are easy to operate via remote control by the spray operator. Thanks to the pneumatic conveyance of the dry mix, it can be sprayed directly with minimal dust generation.



We design mobile spray tanks that operate on the pneumatic conveying principle of pressure silos. Material is conveyed by pressurizing it with compressed air, followed by direct processing of the sprayed concrete from the tank. Thanks to quick assembly, the spray tanks can be installed on rail-mounted platforms or vehicles. This allows for use even in areas that are outside the range of stationary buffer silos.
We design the tanks individually and project-specifically—optimally tailored to the respective site-specific and local requirements.

For the on-site production of the desired shotcrete, we offer a high-performance stationary silo solution. An alternative to the silo system is our new mixing technology: RG JUMIX® is our patent-pending technology for flexible, mobile applications designed for the just-in-time production of wet building materials. Both batching plants are filled with dry mix, which results in high flexibility.
With the RG JUMIX®, dry mix are converted into wet building materials on-site just in time. The right material, in the right quality, at the right time, and in the right quantity—completely self-sufficient. The RG JUMIX® is so compact that it can be mounted on a truck mixer, for example. RG JUMIX® is a patent-pending technology, developed and engineered by Rombold & Gfröhrer—successfully in use by our customers.
Features




A batch mixing plant consists of storage silos and a downstream mixing unit. It is filled with dry mix, water, and optional additives. The dosing of additives is automatically controlled by dosing pumps according to the recipe. The mixing process runs fully automatically after approval by the operating personnel, who are also responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the plant. Our most powerful mixing plant can produce over 40 m³ per hour.
We are frequently approached when challenging on-site conditions arise. Drawing on our technical expertise and extensive on-site experience, our team develops and designs customized technical solutions.
In projects such as the Brenner Base Tunnel, the construction of the world’s steepest funicular railway, and the renovation of the Hongrin power plant, our tailor-made solutions have contributed to the realisation of these projects.

Our own fleet of vehicles offers maximum flexibility. Depending on the requirements of the construction project, we deploy the appropriate truck and deliver our building materials on time to the job site. If needed, we operate 24/7.
